We only need informational forms from new members; however, we do need the waiver page of the form each year from all HVRC members. For the HVRC waiver, you may either mail this completed form to Beverly Dickerson (11003 Oakton Woods Way, Oakton, VA 22124) or you can print out the waiver form, sign it, scan it and then email the signed form to Beverly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive payment of your dues, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the information that will be included in the annual membership directory. If you would like to make any changes to that information, you may notify us at that time by replying to that email. See payment options below.
Payment by Check
For HVRC membership ($150) by check, please mail your check, payable to HVRC, along with your signed liability waiver to Beverly Dickerson (11003 Oakton Woods Way, Oakton, VA 22124). If you are a new member, please make sure that both your phone number and email address are included on the check so that we may contact you to gather information for our annual directory.
To make a credit card or Paypal payment, please go to the HVA site and use the drop down menu and choose HVRC ($150) and then click the “Add to Cart” button. Remember that if you are a new HVRC member, you must also mail or email the signed waiver to Beverly Dickerson per the instructions above.
